How The Masters Grooming handles the information you give us when booking.
What we collect
When you book we store your name, email address and mobile number, along with the details of your appointment (barber, service, date and time).
Why we collect it
We use your details only to manage your booking: to confirm it by email, to send you a reminder text about an hour before your appointment, and to keep a record of your visits so we can serve you better. This is not marketing — we will not send you promotional messages without asking for your separate, explicit consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking history while you remain a customer. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will remove it, except where we are required to keep limited records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights

Sharing
We use trusted service providers to send your confirmation email and reminder text, and to sync your appointment to your barber's calendar. We do not sell your data to anyone.
